Mr. Suhas Basakhetre is a celebrated figure in the HR industry, bringing over 35 years of rich experience in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations. He holds a master’s degree in Labour Law and Human Resource Management. After eight years of dedicated service in the field, Mr. Basakhetre founded Prompt Personnel Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd. in 1997. Over the course of 28 years, under his visionary leadership, the company has grown into a prominent PAN-India HR solutions provider, surpassing the scope of a conventional consultancy.

Mr. Suhas Basakhetre is a celebrated figure in the HR industry, bringing over 35 years of rich experience in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations. He holds a master’s degree in Labour Law and Human Resource Management. After eight years of dedicated service in the field, Mr. Basakhetre founded Prompt Personnel Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd. in 1997. Over the course of 28 years, under his visionary leadership, the company has grown into a prominent PAN-India HR solutions provider, surpassing the scope of a conventional consultancy.

He has actively contributed to the advancement of the HR and industrial relations landscape through his involvement in key forums and associations. He is a founding member of the ESI, PF, and Industrial Law Practitioners Association (EPILPA) and currently serves as Head- Super Elites, at SCGT– Saturday Club Global Trust, India, a network of entrepreneurs and business owners from companies with turnovers of ₹500 crore and above. He was conferred the Madhavrao Bhide Udyog Gaurav Award in the large-scale industry (₹100 Cr+) category.

As Convener of the Mumbai Chapter of the Executive Recruiters Association (ERA), he led several workshops, interactive sessions, and a national conference during the economic downturn – earning the distinction of ‘Best Chapter’ among eight nationwide. Under his leadership, Prompt Personnel was also recognised as the ‘Fastest Growing Staffing Agency’ by ERA. A Board Member of the Indian Staffing Federation, Mr. Basakhetre was felicitated in 2021 by the Ministry of Labour and Employment for his contributions to formal employment.

He also received the Mumbai Gaurav Puraskar for excellence in professional services. He has participated in numerous panel discussions at conferences and forums including ERA, ISF, RAI, SCGT, and TLC. Mr. Basakhetre is also an active LinkedIn blogger, sharing insights on diverse topics related to HR, employment, and industry developments. His leadership continues to set new standards in the HR and industrial relations sectors.

A visionary leader and people-first strategist, Monisha Basakhetre has been redefining workforce management and shaping inclusive workplaces for 30 years. As the Executive Director of Prompt Personnel, she has been instrumental in driving progressive policies that put people at the heart of business success. A seasoned HR professional, Monisha holds a postgraduate degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the Institute of Labour Law and Management.

Her journey with Prompt Personnel began with her leadership of the Temporary Staffing Division, where she successfully spearheaded a Managed Services Contract for a leading telecom company and led a nationwide HNI cluster identification project for Tata Communications Ltd. Over the years, she has been instrumental in strengthening the company’s presence across diverse sectors including Engineering, Manufacturing, Telecom, FMCG, Retail, and Services.

Her outstanding contributions were recognized early on when she was awarded the Sharda Mukherjee Award for Industrial Relations in 1991, presented by the then Chief Justice of India, Late Mr. Ranganath Mishra. Ms. Monisha has championed employee-centric policies such as Menstruation Leave and enhanced maternity benefits, setting new benchmarks in workplace well-being. Under her leadership, Prompt Personnel has been certified as a Great Place to Work for three consecutive years, positioning it among the most respected employers in the industry.

Ms. Monisha is a passionate advocate for employee engagement and well-being, placing a strong emphasis on creating a supportive and empathetic workplace where employees are empowered to succeed. She has also launched L&D services at Prompt Personnel in 2024, beginning with PoSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment at Workplaces) suite of offerings to foster a safe and inclusive work environment. Her leadership continues to drive positive change, helping employees thrive and elevating the company’s success.

His expertise covers the entire spectrum of Financial Planning & Reporting, Management Reporting, Budgeting, and Taxation, where he has consistently demonstrated strategic insight and operational excellence.

Mr. Lad is a well experienced and seasoned HR professional, active for more than 45 years. He holds a Post Graduate Degree in Law, Master’s Degree in Personnel Management, and a 2 year Post Graduate Diploma in Management Studies from JBIMS.

Mr. Lad is a well experienced and seasoned HR professional, active for more than 45 years. He holds a Post Graduate Degree in Law, Master’s Degree in Personnel Management, and a 2 year Post Graduate Diploma in Management Studies from JBIMS.

An HR consultant and advisor to multiple MNCs & Indian Companies for the last 19 years, he has worked across sectors such as Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, Food processing, Logistics, Homeopathy Medicines & Orthopaedics and Auto Infrastructure service industry. His expertise includes implementing HR interventions such as Talent Development, Organization Restructuring, Performance Management Systems, Acquisitions & Mergers, and Compensation Restructuring.

Mr. Lad has also served as a resource person for conducting Assessment Centers, Talent Acquisition & Management, Industrial Relations problem resolution, and ensuring compliance with Labor Legislations. Notably, he has held leadership roles in organizations such as the National Institute of Personnel Management, where he served as Chairman for 6 years and as General Secretary for another 6 years. Additionally, he shares his knowledge as a visiting faculty member at various Management Institutes, including JBIMS.

Yashashri Kulkarni is a seasoned HR professional with over 19 years of experience in labour law compliance and HR operations, with a strong specialization in the BFSI sector. As General Manager – Labour Law Compliance at Prompt Personnel, she spearheads the labour law advisory and compliance vertical, ensuring organizations remain aligned with evolving labour regulations.

She holds an integrated BSL LLB and a DLL from Marathwada University, complemented by advanced credentials such as SHRM-CP and an Executive Development Program in HR from XLRI. This blend of academic excellence and practical expertise equips her to design and drive robust compliance frameworks under key legislations.

Yashashri’s core strengths lie in building and leading high-performing teams, fostering positive employee relations, and delivering compliance strategies that support business growth. Beyond her corporate leadership, she has also contributed to academia as a faculty member at the University of Mumbai and VPMS TMC Law College, where she taught labour laws and HR.
