The Government of Karnataka vide No.LD 325 LET 2023, has released corrigendum in that there in Serial No. 3(2) of the Notification No: LD 325 LET 2023, dated : 10/01/2024, the time limit specified for the employer of an establishment which is in existence at the time of commencement of the Karnataka Compulsory Gratuity Insurance Rules, 2024 for obtaining valid insurance policy, the word "sixty day" shall be and shall always be read as "Six months".
