Position :     Product Manager – Labour Law Compliance

Qualification :Diploma / Postgraduate in Labour Laws.

Experience: 5 to 8 years in Labour Laws (Min 3 years experience in Marketing / Business Development)

Industry: HR Services Companies / Staffing Companies

Position Description:

The product manager is expected to design the service offerings as per the needs of the clients. He is expected to bundle the services in such a manner that, client gets holistic compliance solution rather than a specific need. He is expected to design the solution, relevant to the industry clients belong. For example, for infrastructure and construction Industry, Building and other construction Workers Act, to be focused and around it the solution is designed. Similarly, for a heavy engineering co, Factory Act to be kept as focus. He/She shall be working in collaboration with GM Compliance to design pricing strategy for each client. He/She is expected to achieve revenue targets in association with GM as well as other members of the team.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

1. Execute the annual operating plan for LLC vertical by the following:

a) Marketing – Coordinating for offline and online campaigns in conjunction
with the marketing team to generate leads and ensure tracking conversions
through suitable metrics.
b) Implement the complete sales process, from initial prospecting, screening,
negotiation and finalizing prospects.
c) Carry out sales-related activities such as agreement closures, preparing
proposals, tenders.

2. Product /Service Development
a) Identify and develop the service offerings for the LLC vertical in line with the
changing employment regulations in India.
b) Update all stakeholders from time to time.

3. Pricing – Define pricing strategies for various services to be competitive and in-line
with the market.
4. Provide domain inputs for content creation and marketing support.
5. Identify & empanel Prompt Partners for delivery of LLC services at PAN India Level.
6. Provide ongoing training and support to internal stakeholders and external partners (franchisees) about the delivery of LLC services.
7. Reporting – Preparation of timely Business Development reports (Monthly/Quarterly) for internal monitoring and reviews.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Postgraduate in Labour Laws.
  • Experience of at least 5 – 8 years handling Labour Law Compliances.
  • Min 3-5 years’ experience in Marketing / Business Development
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Good negotiation skills
  • High level of interpersonal skills
